How should AOs apply the audit approach when sites are not responsible for all QMS activities?

  • AOs should determine the applicable QMS activities and corresponding audit tasks at each site included in the audit program. This can be done in Stage 1 of the audit. 
  • The audit time calculation procedure and associated spreadsheet can assist in identifying/planning audit tasks.
