Should a remote-audited facility be included on the certificate?
According to MDSAP AU P0026, section 7, “The certification document shall record all sites of the manufacturer’s quality management system that have been audited on-site”. Consequently, a facility solely audited remotely cannot appear on an MDSAP certificate.
