DPOs and Dispute Resolution

The MDSAP has a procedure for all participants to express and resolve their Differing Professional Opinions (DPOs) when dispute resolution solutions cannot be agreed upon between the disputing parties. This policy applies to decisions made in the context of the MDSAP, as a result of differing interpretation of scientific, regulatory, procedural, and or organizational facts. 

Any MDSAP team member or participant may initiate a formal DPO review process. To file a DPO, please review the procedure for information required to include in your statement using the DPO template provided and forward it to your MDSAP Project Team Leader (RA Contact emails provided here).
